COMPACLASS is an AI-integrated e-learning platform built for training — specifically for instructors and subject-matter experts who want to use AI to help craft academic content and course materials. I joined as co-founder and PO, shaping the product and the experience for both the people teaching and the people learning.

YPTC is an accounting and financial advisory firm serving non-profits in Philadelphia, and I spent four years there managing the Data Analytics team. My work was internal BI consulting, building executive dashboards across departments, and training analysts to keep the lights on. The part I still enjoy telling people about is watching BI graduate from a quiet side project into one of the firm's formal service lines.

NRG Northeast Retail was my first full-time gig in the US right out of school, plugged straight into a retail chain that lived on SQL Server, ETL jobs and data migrations. My role as a Data Analyst was to keep the pipelines healthy, the reports honest, and the numbers moving. The takeaway I carried out of there: cleaning data looks unglamorous but quietly props up every dashboard that comes after — and it was the first time I saw numbers I'd built land on a CEO's desk every single morning.

Ams — Hanoi Amsterdam — is the specialized high school back in Hanoi where, as a student, I first built the discipline and deep-learning habits that everything else rested on. The part I remember most isn't the exams or the grades, it's the daily atmosphere of studying alongside a ridiculously sharp group of classmates. Honestly, the clearest thing Ams taught me wasn't a subject — it was an attitude: if something is worth doing, do it properly all the way to the end.
